PASTOR PRAKASHA-MADE RAO is one of our leading pastors in India. He leads two churches in Veeralakapalli and at Kothapalli, in Andhrah Pradesh whilst overeesing the network churches in the region.
He also oversees our two mission run orphanages located in Kothappli and Veeralankapalli. He is married to Venkayaama Rao and has three children who are co-pastors and youth pastors in the local church. He has been with our mission and ministry since 2005. He is a trusted hand in the affairs of the church and ministry. Mrs. rao, oversees the Women Of value ministry and initiatoves which includes visiting women in prisons, caring for the pregnant women and conducting house visits to support the sick and needy. This is an enormous task.
Family Passion & Involvement:
The Rao family have been in pastoral ministry for many years and are driven by the call of God on their lives to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ across India.
His method of evangelism and pastoring includes active outreach to the tribal areas and the hidden places & villages where he travels day andd night to minister and bring the people to Christ. The work of the church and ministry in India is constantly hindered by lack of resources, manpower and finances for which Pastor Rao and the church in India covets your prayers and support.
Mamatha Made-Rao is the elddest daughter of Pastor Rao and she heps to run the Veeralankapalli churches and orphanage. A vey challenging task for a young lady who is also enrolled in a ful time course at the local university. His other sons, Prem-Kumar and Anil-Kumar [all college students] are also passionate about spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ and they do this very actively through youth rpogram, music and illustrative methods of getting the WORD to the unchurched. If our church is looking to work overseas in india, this family and local community is willing to partner with you.
Vison For Expansion:
The SFF GLOBAL Church,Its India Leadership & The Local Church Body have a collective vision to:
1] To build a proper housing accommodation for the two orphanages under our care in India.
2] Establish local health centers where the local community can receive assistance and receive Christ.
3] Be in a position to grow and plant churches across the local communities in India.
4] Initiate an INTERNSHIP program that will see field workers coming to India to hekp in the mission work and in evangelising the nation.
5] Keep on praying for partners to jon hands with the church in growing the flock for the second coming of Christ.
India as a Large Mission Field:
The population of India is setimated at 1 Billion.
Less than 1% of the people knows Christ.
Therefore there is so much work to be done in this nation!
